30 Day Hassle-Free Return Policy & 60 Day Exchange Guarantee

Not happy with your jewelry? Do not worry! You are welcome to contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return or an item(s) exchange within 60 days of delivery.

1. Pack all the returned items, along with our refund/exchange form (make sure to fill it out).

  • You can download the form here.
  • Please ship the items back in a bubble poly mailer envelope. To make things easy, you can use the bubble poly mailer envelope the items arrived in. Do not send items in a standard letter envelope*
*If your item is sent in a standard letter envelope you will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

    Please pack each piece in the individual baggies that you received them in to avoid scratches and damage while in transit.

      2. Go to your local post office, or another courier, to ship the package. (Make sure to get a tracking number so you can track your package)

      For US customers, we recommend shipping with USPS First Class Mail. Make sure to get a tracking number for your record. We are not responsible for packages that don’t have a tracking number.

      3. Once your package has arrived at our facility it will take a few days (in rare cases it can take up to 14 days) for us to process your request.

      WARNING: Do not send rings back with just a stamp. Your return will NOT be trackable. We are NOT responsible for lost packages that are not trackable. 

      You will be responsible for the shipping fee on sending the item(s) back to us. However, if you decide to proceed with an exchange, we will cover the shipping costs to send the new item(s) back out to you.

      Note: To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If you return a broken or defective item, only a partial refund can be made.
